Every so often you come across a game you've never heard of, by a company you've never heard of. And it turns out to be a great game. Extinction: Game Of Ecology happens to be one of them. Created in 1970, you will be assuming the role of a species. Object is to eliminate your opponents species. You will be able to migrate, reproduce, change genes, insert barriers like cities and rivers, prey on species, and compete against them. However, you will have to contend with fire, pollution, famines, droughts, cold waves, and man made disasters that can wipe out some of your species if you aren't protected by it. GREAT game.
